Your stand is the first thing visitors see, and the first impression your brand leaves. Masrak designs, builds and operates exhibition stands with one team, from the first brief to dismantling and site clearance, in Riyadh, Jeddah and across Saudi Arabia.
What the service includes
We start by understanding your goals for the show: the message you want to deliver, the audience you want to reach, the space available, the budget and the timeline. On that basis we present design proposals with a full 3D visualisation of the stand before production starts, so you approve the final look with confidence.
Once approved, we prepare technical drawings, materials and colours, and obtain the organiser’s sign-off on the layout. We then manage production and suppliers for joinery, metalwork, print, lighting and display screens, under our direct supervision and with quality control at every stage, so the stand arrives on site ready to install.
Our role continues after installation. During the show we look after maintenance and keep screens and lighting ready, and we can provide catering, giveaways and a reception team when needed. When the show ends we dismantle and remove the stand and clear the site in line with the organiser’s instructions, so one team you know stays responsible for your stand from start to finish.
