What the service includes
Our team welcomes guests at the entrances, checks registrations and invitations, guides attendees to halls, seats and stands, and accompanies VIP guests when needed. We provide bilingual ushers for events that host guests from inside and outside the Kingdom.
We select and prepare the team for each event, train them in etiquette, the programme and the venue layout before event day, then deploy them across the event’s key points with a field supervisor following performance throughout.
We care about presentation as much as organisation: uniforms that suit the event’s identity, clear reception points and constant coordination with registration, security and hospitality teams. When needed, we connect the reception team with valet and crowd management, so guests are welcomed from arrival until departure.
