What the service includes
The service covers welcoming guests at the entrance with staff trained to the highest hospitality standards and dressed in distinctive uniforms, then receiving, parking and returning cars through a secure, organised system that keeps service fast and vehicles and keys safe.
Alongside valet, we plan parking areas in advance, manage entry and exit, and prepare a studied traffic plan with clear wayfinding signage around the venue, in coordination with the relevant authorities to prevent congestion and keep everyone safe.
We choose the right operating model for each event: full valet service for officials and VIP guests, organised parking management for large numbers, or a mix of both. The service can be combined with electric golf carts to bring guests from distant car parks to the entrance, so the arrival journey stays connected.
